About the role#
This internship provides students with hands-on experience in program management within the machinery manufacturing industry. You will work directly with project managers to support real-world projects and gain exposure to corporate processes. This is a paid, full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Learn and apply project management principles and industry best practices.
- Assist with project scope definition, resource management, schedule development, and risk management.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry and note-taking during meetings.
- Set up and facilitate team meetings.
- Track project action items and follow up with team members to ensure progress.
- Accept direction from project managers to help ensure project success.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior in a degree program for Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Capability to follow written instructions accurately.

- This position is located on-site in West Fargo, North Dakota, or Bismarck, North Dakota.
- The role requires a full-time commitment for the duration of the Winter 2027 term.
