About the role#
This paid internship program offers students the chance to work within the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) division. You will transition classroom theory into practice by joining collaborative teams to solve real-world technical challenges. The program provides exposure to a diverse digital ecosystem, including areas like AI and data, application development, cybersecurity, software engineering, and systems architecture.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with a mentor in your field of study to find solutions to technical problems.
- Experience Boeing products by touring manufacturing and research facilities.
- Interact with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the aerospace industry.
- Build a professional network through social events and engaging activities.
- Gain the skills and knowledge to prepare for a future leadership role.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Previous internship or work experience, or involvement with student or civic organizations.
- A passion for the aerospace industry.
- Majors in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Statistics.

This is a full-time, on-site internship. Positions are available in Everett, Mukilteo, Renton, Seattle, Auburn, Bellevue, Kent, and Tukwila, Washington; Saint Charles, Berkeley, and Hazelwood, Missouri; El Segundo, California; Plano, Texas; Arlington, Virginia; Ridley Park, Pennsylvania; Mesa, Arizona; and North Charleston, South Carolina.
