About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple People Services functions. You will contribute to company-wide initiatives and help shape how we attract, retain, and develop our workforce. This role involves rotating across core areas including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, Culture, Learning, Leadership Development, and HR Operations. You will collaborate directly with leaders and business partners to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to real organizational priorities.
What you'll do#
- Analyze HR programs, processes, and workforce data to uncover insights.
- Support initiatives in people analytics, leadership development, onboarding, culture activation, and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct research, gather feedback, and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Develop data-informed recommendations and deliver tools, frameworks, or solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing high-priority HR projects.
- Redesign processes using a user-centric mindset.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications with an expected graduation date in Summer 2028 or 2029.
- Experience with project management, program support, campus leadership, or research.
- Willingness to learn HRIS or ATS platforms that use automation or AI.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, automation, or augmented analytics.
- Ability to document requirements or observations for HR technology improvements.
- Curiosity regarding the responsible use of AI in HR.
- Adaptability in environments where systems and tools evolve quickly.
- A creative, analytical, and systems-thinking perspective.
