About the role#
The Supply Chain Intern joins the purchasing team at the Arden campus. You will focus on creating efficiencies, analyzing data, and assisting with audit preparation. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Build and support processes for the purchasing team to reduce time-consuming tasks.
- Analyze data to spot trends, verify potential solutions, and assist with decision-making.
- Help prepare for internal and external audits, including layered process audits.
- Create and update work instructions.
- Prepare and present project updates and final results to the team and leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program for Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Intermediate Excel skills, specifically with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and data cleaning.
- Ability to learn independently and explore new tools or systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
