About the role#
As an Account Management Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to solve supply chain challenges. This summer internship provides exposure to customer relationship management, transportation operations, data analytics, and business strategy. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to projects that support customer success.
What you'll do#
- Support customer-facing teams with daily account activities.
- Analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data.
- Assist with shipment execution and identify ways to improve service and efficiency.
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management.
- Use technology and data insights to solve business challenges.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Build professional relationships across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest in customer relationship management, business strategy, and supply chain management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and resilience.
- Experience through student organizations, leadership roles, internships, part-time work, athletics, or volunteer activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
