About the role#
CACI is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within a functional team to support the operation and maintenance of a Department of Defense application. This role involves working under supervision to assist with the software development life cycle and resolving software-related issues for our customers.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer support and training.
- Develop standard operating procedures.
- Support all functional phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements, design, testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot existing functionality and enhancements within an Oracle Federal Financials ERP implementation.
- Gather system requirements and produce detailed requirement and functional specification documents.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and to help resolve obstacles.
- Conduct system testing to validate requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to pass a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional and timely customer support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Location & details#
- This position is remote and open to candidates in any state.
- This is a part-time internship for Summer 2027.
- Travel may be required up to 10% of the time within the continental United States.
