About the role#
CACI International Inc is seeking a Software Engineering Co-op for the Summer and Fall 2027 terms. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Danbury, Connecticut. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support software development activities through prototyping, coding, and testing.
What you'll do#
- Prototype algorithms using MatLab or Mathematica.
- Write code in C# and Python.
- Develop software tests and automation for data flows.
- Prepare requirements, test plans, and release documentation.
- Perform data processing for ongoing contracts.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year toward a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Experience developing moderate-sized desktop applications in a Windows environment using a C-based language like C++, C#, or Java.
- A strong mathematics background, including completed coursework in calculus and linear algebra.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
