About the role#
CACI is seeking DevOps/Software Engineering Interns for a 12-week program starting in May 2027. You will support the GROUPER contract, which focuses on research, development, test, and evaluation for the United States Space Force. This role involves contributing to projects that support RF collection capabilities and national security missions.
What you'll do#
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for software and drivers.
- Support system imaging and software releases for tactical systems.
- Maintain servers, developer environments, and development networks.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, computer, and RF engineers.
- Design testing procedures and coordinate testing for tactical systems and in-house software frameworks.
- Assist with planning and evaluating project objectives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java and Python.
- Experience working with Linux.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Git, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Knowledge of computer networking and large-scale software design processes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
