    About the role#

    As a Community Investment Student, you will work with teams across our corporate and field operations. You will support the delivery of community investment and communications goals. This role helps ensure that local communities remain engaged and have access to economic opportunities.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the review, approval, and payment processing of grant requests.
    • Manage internal and external communications activities related to community investment.
    • Participate in strategy development sessions.
    • Assist with the administration of scholarship programs.
    • Maintain databases, track metrics, conduct research, and prepare reports on community activities.
    • Contribute to team projects and events.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree or program focused on Communications, Business Administration, or Indigenous Studies.
    • Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Sound judgment and a clear interest in corporate responsibility and stakeholder relations.
    • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • A proactive, adaptable approach and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Calgary, Alberta (Head Office).
    • Term: 4 months, starting in May 2027.
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
    • Status: Paid, full-time student position.
