About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience with future technology in digital manufacturing. You will work on projects involving autonomous material handling, digital work instructions, and connected factory development.
What you'll do#
- Review, develop, and support manufacturing processes.
- Create standard work, work instructions, and process workflows.
- Document developed processes.
- Help build and maintain SharePoint sites and Team Channels.
- Assist with capital projects and prepare presentations for manufacturing leadership.
- Participate in team building, software training, and technology reviews.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new software for manufacturing projects.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

- Location: New Bremen, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
