About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Service Intern or Co-Op position for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Madison, Wisconsin, gaining hands-on experience with material handling equipment.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
- Perform planned maintenance tasks on customer equipment.
- Complete necessary paperwork after each job.
- Participate in company training activities.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a technical degree program, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines.
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
