About the role#
Carpenter Technology is hiring an engineering student to join the Process Technology Research and Development team. This role provides exposure to real-world engineering projects and advanced manufacturing technology. You will work on-site in a paid position that may be structured as a part-time role or a cooperative education assignment.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure equipment, services, and components.
- Create CAD drawings and wiring diagrams for engineering documentation systems.
- Assist with the design, fabrication, and installation of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year bachelors degree program for Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder status.
