About the role#
As a Financial & Accounting Outsourcing Intern, you will join our team to support client projects and contribute to our advisory services. This summer internship is a full-time, paid position based in Houston. You will work directly with our staff to manage client expectations and support overall team goals.
What you'll do#
- Conduct quantitative analysis using tools such as MS Excel.
- Assist with client assessments regarding cloud computing, technology, accounting systems, and department workflows.
- Create flowcharts and maps to document accounting processes.
- Develop accounting policies and procedures documentation for client businesses.
- Help with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank statement reconciliations.
- Perform research and qualitative analysis to present findings to clients and internal teams.
What you'll need#
- You are a Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or finance.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An interest in pursuing a CPA is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
