About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our International Tax team. You will support clients with tax compliance, research, and consulting projects while working alongside experienced professionals. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Prepare U.S. international tax forms, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8992, 1118, K-2, and K-3.
- Gather, organize, and analyze client financial data for international tax projects.
- Assist with calculations for foreign tax credits, GILTI, Subpart F income, and earnings and profits.
- Conduct tax research and summarize findings on international reporting requirements.
- Verify work for accuracy and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Preference for candidates on the CPA track or those who intend to pursue certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
