About the role#
The Commercial Summer Internship Program provides exposure to commercial banking through project-based assignments, mentorship, and networking. You will be placed in either the Asset Finance or Mid Corp PM group. This is a 10-week, full-time program starting June 1, 2027. High-performing interns receive early consideration for full-time roles after the program concludes.
What you'll do#
You will work with Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, and Relationship Managers to support daily banking operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Underwriting transactions and monitoring loan portfolios.
- Conducting financial, credit, and industry analysis.
- Preparing financial models, credit approval materials, and client presentations.
- Monitoring client reporting and covenant compliance.
- Participating in client meetings, market research, and team discussions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with a graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2, with 3.5 preferred. Please list your GPA on your resume.
- Coursework or experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receipt.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available.
