About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in finance and accounting within the insurance industry. You will work on projects that support business activities and collaborate with management teams. The program is designed to help you develop professional skills while you contribute to the daily operations of the department.
What you'll do#
- Assist with internship projects and various business activities.
- Draft and develop documents and reports.
- Interface with internal and external contacts.
- Attend meetings and participate in developmental workshops focused on the insurance industry.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least three years of college with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Current study in accounting, insurance, actuarial science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous work experience is preferred.
