About the role#
Comfort Keepers of North Georgia is hiring CNAs and caregivers for roles in Cumming, Georgia. This position is designed for students in nursing, public health, health administration, kinesiology, or biomedical sciences who want hands-on experience while balancing their school schedule. You will work directly with seniors in their homes to provide support and companionship.
What you'll do#
You will provide one-on-one care to seniors. Daily tasks include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Handling light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Helping with mobility and safety
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
- Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles
- Ability to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and drug testing
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
