About the role#
This is a part-time position at our downtown Bozeman location. You will work Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4 pm to 8:45 pm. Your main task is to maintain a clean supply of dishes, silverware, and kitchen tools for our customers and staff.
What you'll do#
- Operate the commercial dishwashing machine safely.
- Keep clean dishes, pots, pans, and tools available throughout your shift.
- Follow health and safety standards for cleaning food prep areas.
- Perform light prep work in the Production Kitchen as needed.
- Help maintain the store appearance through spot cleaning and mopping.
- Empty garbage containers and handle nightly trash removal.
- Collect and sort recycling.
- Assist with busing and cleaning tables in seating areas.
What you'll need#
- Experience or ability to operate a commercial dishwashing machine.
- A solid understanding of health and safety rules related to dishwashing.
