About the role#
This is a paid, part-time co-op program that runs year-round. You will work within various departments to gain a broad understanding of company operations and our role in energy delivery. This position offers hands-on experience and the chance to build a professional network through company events.
What you'll do#
- Assist technicians and engineers with energy delivery tasks.
- Provide administrative and project management support.
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and forecasting.
- Support strategy development and other operational needs.
- Participate in volunteer events and networking opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in a four-year college program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Majors in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Political Science, Environmental Engineering, Human Resources, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in software applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal abilities, and a high energy level.
- A strong work ethic and flexibility in meeting assignments.

- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Rolling term.
- Emergency response: You will be assigned a system emergency role, which requires availability during non-business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in the event of an emergency.
