About the role#
We are looking for a high school student to join our team as a Crew Member and Baker. You will help prepare our cookies and assist with store operations. This role focuses on food quality, cleanliness, and providing good service to our customers. You will work as part of a team to handle production, catering, and daily cleanup tasks.
What you'll do#
- Prepare high-quality food items while following food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist the team with planning, production, and catering projects.
- Provide customer service and handle customer recovery when needed.
- Lead by example and help train other team members.
- Oversee store operations during shifts and stay calm under pressure.
- Work well with others to build relationships and serve the community.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail, especially when checking ingredients and finished products.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Good time management and planning abilities.
- A pleasant, interactive personality.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and a record of consistent attendance.
- A satisfied background check.
Location & details#
- Location: Brookhaven, Georgia.
- Schedule: Part-time with flexible shifts available. A 4-hour weekly minimum is required.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays.
- Benefits: Tips, sampling cookies, and a discount on cookies and drinks for those working at least 16 hours per week.
- Paid training is provided.
