About the role#
The Sales Internship serves as a feeder program for the Daikin Accelerated Management Program. Interns who perform well may be considered for a full-time leadership development role in Outside Sales after they graduate. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Complete an individual project with your direct team.
- Provide report outs to leadership regarding your project milestones and challenges.
- Interact with company leadership, including VPs.
- Network across different functions and teams.
- Travel for business purposes for approximately two weeks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited four-year college or university, specifically in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

- This is an on-site role.
- Locations include Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, Pheonix, Kansas City, Tacoma, Portland, Jacksonville, Orlando, Columbus, Louisville, and Baltimore.
