About the role#
The Training and Development Intern focuses on training and event management. You will learn about our internal programs and processes before contributing to curriculum development. This role involves facilitating live training and supporting event planning for both in-person and virtual programs. You will work closely with the Training and Development team, human resources staff, vendors, and members.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to promote training programs.
- Research potential speakers for training sessions.
- Review and edit training content.
- Develop and implement online training modules.
- Uphold writing and visual brand standards across all materials.
- Support the event planning process.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, organizational leadership, instructional design, education, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative settings.
- Ability to lead projects.
- Ability to create videos and digital assets for training courses.

- Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
- Mentoring from business leaders is provided.
