About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program for Summer 2027. You will work alongside our sales team to learn the logistics industry and the full sales process. You will be paired with a mentor to gain hands-on experience, build a strong work ethic, and connect with industry professionals. This role offers the potential for future full-time employment.
What you'll do#
- Build, maintain, and manage client account relationships.
- Profile and analyze accounts to overcome objections and generate quality opportunities.
- Present the value of Echo services to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality on every shipment.
- Monitor shipment progress to ensure coverage, on-time performance, and resolution of mid-transit issues.
What you'll need#
- Must be able to start May 24, 2027, and complete the entire 10-week program.
- Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior.
- At least one semester remaining after the internship concludes.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, time management, and project management.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to collaborate.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Logistics.
