    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will join a team focused on supporting and developing solutions for production operations. You will work alongside internal teams and functional groups to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This internship offers hands-on experience and professional development within a structured program.

    What you'll do#

    • Select, design, or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment.
    • Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and costs.
    • Recommend design changes to increase quality.
    • Solve production problems and improve process capabilities.
    • Support capacity models and lean initiatives, including participation in improvement teams.
    • Present test results and participate in design reviews.
    • Interact with functional groups, vendors, and customers.
    • Initiate and implement routine engineering change authorizations.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site.
    • GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    • Location: Brenham, Texas.
    • Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
    • Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
    • Program type: Rolling internship.
