About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Del Rio, Texas. You will work on-site as part of our manufacturing team. The program includes plant tours, networking, community volunteering, and sessions with senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering and manufacturing teams to improve quality and delivery performance.
- Assist with process control and improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering at an accredited institution.
- Completion of at least Sophomore level coursework.
- A current US Passport, as you will commute daily to our plant in Mexico.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Proof of active student status.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous internship, work, or research experience is a plus.
