About the role#
Enable Injections is looking for a Human Factors Co-Op for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will work with project teams and pharmaceutical partners to support the development of medical equipment.
What you'll do#
- Design studies, write protocols, and prepare reports.
- Observe human subject research and collect data.
- Review and analyze test data.
- Apply risk analysis and mitigation design.
- Design and assess instructions for use and product labeling.
- Collaborate with joint project teams and external partners.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Capacity to follow procedures and adapt to changing situations with guidance.
- Ability to stay focused and interpret basic data.
- You can operate lab instrumentation and standard office equipment.
- You are able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
