    About the role#

    As an Engineering Intern, you will spend 12 weeks working on a project that addresses a real business need. You will gain exposure to a global leader in industrial process automation and measurement technology. Projects are selected based on business priorities and may include work in customer excellence, manufacturing, research and development, service, or project management. This is a full-time, paid internship.

    What you'll do#

    • Work on a meaningful business project with measurable impact.
    • Receive guidance, coaching, and feedback from experienced mentors.
    • Develop technical, professional, and leadership skills through structured opportunities.
    • Build relationships with peers, leaders, and subject matter experts across the organization.
    • Present your work and recommendations to business leaders at the end of the internship.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges.
    • A proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership of your projects.
