About the role#
We are seeking a Digital Operations Co-Op to join our team in Billerica, Massachusetts for the Winter 2027 season. This is a 6-month, full-time assignment. You will work with the Digital Operations team to manage and improve our marketing tech stack. You will help coordinate projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital tools run effectively. This role offers hands-on experience with project management systems and web platforms while you develop skills in technology management.
What you'll do#
- Write, track, prioritize, and coordinate work items, user stories, and support tickets.
- Support website and digital platform maintenance.
- Document business processes and suggest improvements.
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Support digital marketing platforms and systems.
- Participate in meetings with business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Research new technologies and support digital transformation initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, from January through June.
- Familiarity with your university requirements for co-op participation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- A curious mindset and desire to learn.
- Some experience with digital marketing tools.
