About the role#
ESAB is hiring a Marketing Communications Intern to join the team in Mississauga. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship. You will work with the North American Marketing Communications Manager and the local management team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Research topics for lead magnet content using search tools, social media, and internal interviews.
- Create project briefs for copywriters and designers and manage these resources during development.
- Coordinate and conduct discovery interviews with subject matter experts.
- Work with the digital media team to define campaign channels including landing pages, email, and social media.
- Oversee the launch of campaign elements like social ads, emails, and website forms.
- Review campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
What you'll need#
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals such as target audiences, messaging, and market research.
- Familiarity with digital marketing including social media, email, SEO, and lead nurturing.
- Project management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and within a team.
- Current enrollment or background in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
