About the role#
As a Platform Intern, you will join our mechanical and thermal engineering organization. You will focus on NPI prototyping, manufacturing fixture development, liquid cooling technologies, and rack-level system development. You will work across mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines to design the future of high-power ASIC systems.
What you'll do#
- Build and prototype new mechanical systems.
- Develop manufacturing fixtures.
- Work on liquid cooling technologies.
- Contribute to rack-level system development.
- Collaborate across mechanical and electrical engineering teams to support Etched silicon from PCB to rack.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building mechanical systems or circuit boards.
- Knowledge of the board design cycle, high-speed interconnects, power delivery, and system integration.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 12-week paid internship running from June through August 2026.
- The role is based on-site at our office in San Jose, California.
- We provide daily lunch and dinner in the office.
- Housing support is available for interns who relocate.
