About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our marketing team for a 4-month contract during the Fall 2026 term. This role supports our communication, marketing, and business development efforts. You will manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate activities related to Barreau certifications and recognition requests for external training.
- Write, update, and publish professional biographies and online documents.
- Manage content display on internal screens.
- Update databases, manage reports, and handle document filing and archiving.
- Assist with the logistics for various events.
- Prepare and coordinate the distribution of regional and national bulletins.
- Provide operational support to the broader marketing and communications team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program in administration, law, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.
