About the role#
The Finance and Accounting Leadership Program Intern for the Finance track is a project-based summer opportunity in Cincinnati. You will gain hands-on experience in financial operations while building skills necessary for a career in commercial banking. This program includes on-the-job training, performance feedback, and networking with senior leadership. You will work on team initiatives and individual projects, ensuring all work meets deadlines and accuracy standards.
What you'll do#
- Complete special projects as directed by your assignment leader.
- Build, analyze, and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Provide analysis for the monthly business forecasting process.
- Support the annual budgeting process.
- Perform financial variance analysis to identify business trends.
- Present your project outcomes and key learnings to the senior leadership team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Status as a rising senior.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate financial information.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Campus leadership experience and previous internships are preferred.
