About the role#
This co-op or internship position offers the chance to work alongside an Elite Coach to learn the Fischer Homes sales process. You will gain hands-on experience by working one-on-one with homebuyers and supporting the sales team in Northern Kentucky. This is a full-time role that requires working weekends with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll do#
- Learn the home sales process by shadowing an Elite Coach.
- Complete Sales eLearning courses and perform a full practice demonstration of the sales process.
- Visit competitor sites to identify and understand our unique selling features.
- Assist with the coordination of community and Realtor events.
- Conduct prospecting calls in collaboration with your coach.
- Help maintain our communities, models, and market homes to ensure they remain effective sales tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- The physical ability to walk on uneven terrain, construction sites, and residential properties.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Capacity to use protective gear such as hard hats and steel-toed shoes when necessary.
