About the role#
We are looking for a Municipal Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, hybrid internship where you will work on infrastructure projects that serve local communities. You will work alongside engineers across multiple disciplines to support the design and development of public service projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design of water mains, sanitary sewers, and roadways for local municipalities.
- Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft plans, perform design calculations, and develop cost estimates.
- Visit project sites to gather data and observe field conditions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across different offices.
- Contribute to real projects that improve local infrastructure.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering program.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Previous internship or co-op experience is helpful but not required.
