About the role#
Fluke is hiring a Test Engineer Co-Op for the Fall 2026 term. You will work with our engineering and operations teams to develop and support manufacturing test and calibration systems. This role involves hands-on work with new product introductions and existing factory processes. You will help drive improvements in quality, safety, and productivity while gaining experience with real-world manufacturing challenges.
What you'll do#
- Design, implement, and support manufacturing test systems for new and existing products.
- Analyze data to improve production quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical communication systems, hardware, and software used in test stations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize product testability and manufacturability.
- Validate test stations to ensure accurate performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology at an ABET accredited institution.
- A solid understanding of digital and analog circuitry.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Ability to work on-site in Everett, Washington.

- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work schedule: 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on individual availability.
