About the role#
The TMZ Affiliate Marketing Intern supports the TMZ Deals editorial team. You will gain hands-on experience in the entertainment news industry by researching product trends and contributing to digital content creation. This role offers exposure to newsgathering and production processes through collaboration with senior staff.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify product trends across social and commerce platforms.
- Assist with product selection and the creation of affiliate marketing content.
- Write product descriptions and perform copyediting and fact-checking.
- Maintain a content tracker to support the editorial team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in college.
- Coursework or experience in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, split into two or more 10-hour days.
- Availability to work shifts that begin at 6:00 AM.
- Commitment to the full program duration from October 2026 through December 2026.

- This internship is located on-site in Los Angeles, California.
- The position is paid at a rate of $18.42 per hour.
- This is a part-time role for the Fall 2026 term.
