About the role#
TMZ is looking for motivated students to join our social media team for the Fall 2026 term. This internship offers exposure to newsgathering, television production, and digital content creation. You will work directly with our staff and participate in speaker sessions to learn about the entertainment news industry.
What you'll do#
- Create original content for TMZ and our partner brands.
- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere.
- Research topics for social media posts.
- Assist with camera shoots.
- Contribute to the daily production process at TMZ.
What you'll need#
- You must be a junior or senior in college.
- You should have demonstrated knowledge in media, journalism, communications, marketing, business, or graphic design.
- You must be available to work at least 20 hours per week, consisting of two or more 10-hour days.
- You must be comfortable with a work shift that starts at 6:00 AM.
- You must be available for the full duration of the program from October 2026 through December 2026.

- This position is based on-site in Los Angeles, California.
- This is a paid internship at a rate of $18.42 per hour.
