About the role#
The Respiratory Therapist Student position offers hands-on clinical experience for students currently enrolled in an accredited program. You will work as a member of the healthcare team to prepare for future licensure and independent practice.
What you'll do#
- Provide patient care under the direct supervision of licensed Respiratory Therapists and medical staff.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with hospital policies and clinical guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least your second year of Respiratory Therapy training.
- Ability to follow directions and meet department standards.
- Emotional maturity and the ability to function effectively under stress.

- Location: Granite City, Illinois.
- Status: PRN (as needed).
- This is a paid position at $17.00 per hour.
