About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Manufacturing Engineering Co-op position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site at our Madison, Wisconsin facility. This role focuses on maintaining manufacturing processes, improving throughput quality, and collaborating with engineering teams to support production.
What you'll do#
- Work on the production floor to help associates remove obstacles and troubleshoot issues.
- Drive key performance metric improvements across production lines.
- Co-lead process and quality improvement projects to support operational excellence.
- Maintain necessary documentation within a regulated medical device environment.
- Collect data and apply analytical approaches to solve problems.
- Execute Lean Six Sigma tools to make a positive impact on business operations.
- Assist with product qualification packages and gain exposure to workshop machinery and technologies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material, or Industrial Engineering. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- An inclusive mindset and the courage to propose and make changes.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
