About the role#
General Dynamics Mission Systems is hiring a Software Engineering intern for a Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Calgary, Alberta. You will work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between home and our laboratory facilities.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain code for ARM processors and microprocessors.
- Integrate communication systems into military vehicles.
- Design and support intercoms and networking products.
- Retrofit tanks and armored vehicles with communication hardware.
- Collaborate with your team across home and laboratory settings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance.
