About the role#
This internship focuses on the Employee Experience within the CFO IT organization. You will work on projects that support internal technology tools and processes. The role is full-time and follows a hybrid work model based in Foster City, California. Interns are expected to commit to 10 to 12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions that support Employee Experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of solutions that facilitate modern technology.
- Use data analysis tools to extract insights related to chatbot usage and accuracy.
- Deliver a final presentation regarding your work near the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. university.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Independent authorization to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
- Ability to work at the designated site in Foster City for the duration of the internship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Efficiency, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the start date.
