About the role#
This internship within the Marketing Insights and Global Decision Sciences team offers an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects at the intersection of business and data science. You will support our efforts to understand market dynamics and improve how we engage with healthcare professionals on a global scale.
What you'll do#
- Assess affiliate market dynamics and HCP engagement strategies by analyzing primary and secondary data.
- Interview local teams to identify successful approaches, key challenges, and country-specific practices.
- Evaluate how global strategies are adapted at the local level, including how affiliates translate recommendations into execution plans and field activities.
- Analyze the relationship between engagement approaches and business outcomes to identify drivers of success and improvement opportunities.
- Strengthen collaboration between global and affiliate teams by assessing feedback mechanisms.
- Develop a HCP Engagement Best Practices Playbook for use across global and affiliate teams.
- Present your work and findings at the conclusion of your internship.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. college or university.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 10 to 12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
