    About the role#

    The Global Regulatory Policy & Intelligence (GRPI) team monitors emerging regulations and evaluates their impact on our portfolio. As an intern, you will support our engagement with health authorities and industry trade associations. You will contribute to projects that shape future regulatory frameworks and help inform our internal strategy for product development in virology, oncology, and inflammation.

    What you'll do#

    • Research emerging scientific approaches for evidence generation, including adaptive trial designs and AI-enabled methods.
    • Analyze regulatory trends and guidance documents from the FDA, EMA, and ICH.
    • Synthesize regulatory expectations for clinical study design and evidence evaluation.
    • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communications to share findings with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Translate complex regulatory data into actionable insights to support business objectives.
    • Present your project findings to the team at the end of the internship.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program, with plans to return to school for the Fall semester.
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
    • Ability to commit to a 10-12 week full-time internship between May and August.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
    • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
    • Preferred majors include Computer Science, Mathematics, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or related fields.
