    About the role#

    This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to regulatory affairs projects while gaining experience in a biotechnology research setting. You will participate in professional development, leadership presentations, and networking activities throughout the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position.

    What you'll do#

    • Support submission innovation initiatives by researching, designing, and testing AI and automation-enabled solutions.
    • Partner with business subject matter experts to evaluate processes and create solutions using digital technologies.
    • Assist in the development of dashboards, knowledge sources, documentation, and training materials.
    • Present your work at the conclusion of the internship.

    What you'll need#

    • Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. college or university.
    • Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
    • Ability to work full-time for 10 to 12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must be independently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.

    • Location: Foster City, California.
    • Modality: Hybrid (on-site work is required).
    • Majors: Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
