About the role#
We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Intern to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. You will support our sales team by sourcing and qualifying new business leads and suppliers. This role offers hands-on experience in a startup environment where you can share your ideas and contribute to our growth.
What you'll do#
- Learn to distinguish between top-tier and substandard plant materials.
- Verify that all plants delivered to customers meet our standards for health, quality, and size.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues when materials do not meet expectations.
- Work with operations specialists to maintain quality standards and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Source and qualify new business leads and suppliers to support the sales team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
- Strong written and spoken English skills. Proficiency in French is a plus.
- Comfort using Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to think about the big picture.
- Empathy and the ability to work well within a team.
