About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience with precision agriculture at the dealership level. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to support modern farming technology. This is an active role where you contribute to real projects, rotate through key departments, and gain practical experience in data management, field operations, and sales.
What you'll do#
- Assist with precision agriculture projects that support dealership operations and customer needs.
- Manage data tasks including setup, organization, and seasonal workflows.
- Conduct field support activities like equipment calibration, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Quote and sell precision ag components and upgrades.
- Participate in training, customer clinics, and promotional events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Agriculture, Precision Ag, Agronomy, Ag Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a driving authorization check.

- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time, rolling internship.
