About the role#
GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. offers a paid internship through the TRACKS program for Indigenous applicants across Alberta. This program provides a path to permanent employment in the energy sector. You will receive on-the-job training and support from mentors, supervisors, and coordinators who assist with logistics such as transportation, childcare, and safety certifications. Placements begin in Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Operate equipment including hydrovac trucks, vacuum trucks, and water trucks.
- Transport fluids, water, sand, and equipment to and from active sites.
- Support well servicing, maintenance, and fracturing operations.
What you'll need#
- You must identify as an Indigenous applicant.
- A Class 1 or Class 3 licence is an asset, but you are encouraged to apply if you are willing to work toward this career path without one yet.
- A commitment to learning and growing in a long-term operator role.
