About the role#
As a MiField Agronomy Intern, you will work directly with the Area Agronomy Manager and crop specialists. This role focuses on turning field data into insights for our customers. You will gain hands-on experience with precision farming, trial evaluations, and customer interactions while supporting our agronomy technology functions.
What you'll do#
- Perform regular inspections of customer crop fields to monitor MiField trials.
- Analyze MiField imagery and provide data support.
- Operate field research and crop monitoring equipment.
- Complete tissue sampling of trial fields and other areas as needed.
- Use drone and satellite imagery to collect data.
- Work with crop specialists to deliver results and recommendations to customers.
- Adhere to all safety, EHS, OSHA, and DOT policies.
What you'll need#
- At least one year of college experience in an agriculture-related degree program.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to work extended hours when needed.
