About the role#
As a Tax Intern at Hantz Group, you will join our Family Office to gain hands-on experience in tax accounting and financial services. You will work alongside CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors to assist in servicing our clients. This role offers flexible hours to accommodate your degree program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze tax liability.
- Prepare tax projections for clients.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the tax team to support client service operations.
- Comply with industry rules and regulations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- You have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- You have the ability to obtain an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- You possess an intent to complete your Enrolled Agent or Certified Public Accountant license.
- You can manage competing priorities and hold a strong sense of personal accountability.
