About the role#
As a Tax Intern at Hantz Group, you will work within our Family Office to gain hands-on experience in tax accounting. You will collaborate with CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors to understand how tax planning fits into broader financial services. This position offers flexible hours to accommodate your degree program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze tax liability for clients.
- Prepare tax projections to support proactive planning.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Assist the Tax Team in providing services to our clients.
- Follow all industry rules and regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Ability to obtain an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Intentions to complete an Enrolled Agent or Certified Public Accountant license.
- Strong communication skills and a self-starting attitude.
